UV是VISAYAS大學的附屬語言中心，可以使用其校園內的設施，諸如自助餐廳、商店、醫院及提款機等。學校鄰近市區約10分鐘車程，步行可至購物商場、便利商店及多家餐廳，生活機能當便利。在UV語言中心學習的學生，只要參加8週以上的課程並達到90%以上的出席率，就可獲得VISAYAS大學頒發的正式結業證明。除了必備的一般英語課程，學校也有具備多益、雅思、托福等檢定等級的師資，並由外師教授商用英文，且設置了EOP只說英語的環境，幫助學生更專注有效地提升口說能力，另外語言中心的學生還可以選修大學部的課程，或是透過實習課程(12週上課+4週實習，具備初中級以上英語程度)安排到企業體驗在全英文的環境下工作，每月的第四個週五還能參加UV學生義工服務，並由菲律賓政府機構發給參與者義工證書。學生宿舍在2009年進行裝修，有24小時的保全監控管理保障安全，2015年底由日本業者接手後，提供日、韓及菲式混合風味的餐點，除了日系的家常菜，也吃的到重口味的韓國料理，頗受學生的好評。
